Product Change Log & Audit Trail

Who changed this price? When was this product switched off? What did the description say last week? Product Change Log & Audit Trail answers these questions in seconds. Every time an employee changes a product in the back office, the module logs the field, the old value, the new value, the employee and the exact date and time.

You see the history where you need it: in a History tab on every product page, and on one central page under Advanced Parameters with the changes of your whole catalogue. Search on product name, reference (SKU) or ID, filter on field, employee and date range, sort and page through thousands of lines without waiting.

The module follows about 50 product fields: prices, stock per combination, names and descriptions in every language, categories, status and visibility, references, shipping and SEO, plus the creation and deletion of products. It logs changes from the product page, the product list, imports and the stock page, and compares the product before and after each save, so you only see real changes.

The log is a real audit trail: lines cannot be edited, and only a SuperAdmin can delete them. Choose per shop which groups of fields are logged. Fully multistore compatible, translated into 33 languages, no override and no external service.
