Product Attachments in Order Emails

Your customers want the manual, the warranty terms or the safety sheet of what they bought, without searching your website or writing to you. You already keep these documents in PrestaShop, under Catalog > Files. Product Attachments in Order Emails sends them to the customer automatically after the order.

Choose how: attached to the order confirmation of PrestaShop, in one separate email with the documents of the whole order, or in a separate email per product. Separate emails can wait until the order is paid. Every email stays within the size limit you set: files are attached in order while they fit, and larger files become secure, personal download links that expire when you want, or are left out.

The module checks every file before it sends it. A missing or damaged file is skipped and reported, the other documents still go, and a document shared by several products is sent only once. Every sent document is listed in Orders > Attachment emails, and customers with an account find the documents again under their order in My account.

You decide what is sent: switch the attachments of a product off, untick single attachments on the product page, or switch everything on or off for all products at once. The module never changes your files or attachments. Multistore, 33 languages, PrestaShop 8.1 to 9.
