Description

Email Copy Pro automatically sends a CC or BCC copy of the emails your shop sends to the addresses you choose: accounting, customer service, the warehouse or your own archive. PrestaShop itself has no simple way to do this, so important order and customer emails stay in the inbox of the customer only.

With copy rules you decide exactly which emails are copied: per email template, and only for the order statuses, customer groups, payment methods, carriers, order totals, delivery countries and languages you choose. Send order confirmations of bank wire payments above 50 to your accountant, contact form messages to customer service, and shipping updates to the warehouse, each with its own rule.

Every copy is a separate email, so your customer never sees the extra addresses. The copy can get a label in the subject and an internal note at the top, with or without the PDF invoice and other attachments, and with the personal data of the customer masked for external parties (GDPR).

A test mode, a "Send test copy" button with sample data and a log of every sent and failed copy make it easy to check that everything works. Fully multistore and translated into 33 languages.
