Description

Give every product its own changelog. Product changelog & release notes adds a Changelog tab to the product page of your back office: add an entry for every version with its date and what changed, edit it later or delete it, and save it together with the product.

Your customers see the changelog on the product page, newest version first: release notes and a version history in their own language that show what's new and keep them informed about product updates. Each line you write becomes a separate list item, and the date follows the date format of the customer's language.

The block uses the plain headings and lists of your theme: a tab in the Classic theme, a collapsible section in Hummingbird. There is nothing to configure and nothing to style. Ideal for software, downloads, templates and every product that gets new versions or revisions.

The changelog is multilingual, works in every shop of a multistore installation, and keeps product pages fast: one query, cached per product and language, and page-cache modules are told to refresh the product page when you save.
